Chongqing Daily News (Reporter Xia Yuan) On September 1, the "Chongqing Intelligent Network New Energy Auto Parts Industry Cluster Promotion Special Action Plan (2023-2027) (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") was open to the public Solicit opinions and suggestions. The "Plan" proposes that by 2027, our city plans to build a cross-domain integration, upper and lower coordination of the intelligent network of new energy auto parts industry cluster, a total of 800 new intelligent network of new energy auto parts enterprises, intelligent network of new energy auto parts industry to achieve revenue of 700 billion yuan.
According to the plan, our city will focus on seven categories, including power battery system, intelligent chassis system, intelligent network connection system, electronic components, automotive software, lightweight parts and thermal management system, and focus on 10 aspects, such as strengthening the coordination of vehicle enterprises and parts enterprises, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional parts enterprises, and optimizing the industrial space layout in western Chongqing ".
In terms of industrial space layout, our city will support the central urban area to continue to expand the scale of vehicle production and sales, focusing on the development of basic products such as automotive software and automotive chips. We will support the eight districts in western Chongqing to build the "pillar" for the development of the city's intelligent networked new energy auto parts industry. It is planned that by 2027, the output value of the intelligent networked new energy auto parts industry in this region will reach 400 billion yuan.
