Chongqing Huizheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1972, formerly known as Sanxia Machinery. After 51 years of development, it has become a large group company with strong technical capability, advanced equipment and comprehensive business modules. The annual output value is USD96 million, and the annual export is USD37 million. The headquarters, Huizheng, is located in Caijia Industrial Park, Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, covering an area of more than 80,000㎡. The old plant of Sanxia machinery is located 8 kms away from Huizheng, it is next to the exit of Shijialiang of the Outer Ring Highway , covering an area of more than 27,000㎡. Huizheng specializes in the production of aluminum alloy casting parts for automobiles, electric control systems for new energy vehicles, general engine crankcase, motorcycles’ and other aluminum alloy products, with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million pieces variant parts. Huizheng is one of the few comprehensive manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing that integrates aluminum alloy high/low pressure casting, CNC precision machining and product research and development.

At the beginning of 2022, the company invested 500 million Yuan(=USD74 million) to build Chongqing Huiqiang Machinery New factory in Tianding Automobile Industrial Park, Tuchang Town, Hechuan District, Chongqing, covering an area of more than 135,000㎡. It belongs to Chongqing's key investment project in 2022. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 66,000㎡, with 55,000 square meters of workshops and staff dormitories (including thermostat workshop). When it is completed and put into operation in 2023, it will become a production base of lightweight aluminum alloy products for new energy vehicles with an annual output of 1 million units (including 500,000 sets of drive and 200,000 sets of chassis), with an annual output of 20,000 tons of aluminum alloy high-pressure casting and 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy low-pressure casting and gravity casting. It is expected that after the completion of the project in 2024, the total number of employees in Huiqiang Machinery Factory will be about 800, with a forecast annual output value of more than USD118 million.

Huizheng has more than 1000 employees, more than 200 technicion and management person, including 3 university professors, 10 senior engineers, 24 mechanical engineers, college degree or above more than 150 people. The company mainly focuses on aluminum alloy high pressure die casting, low pressure casting, gravity casting and CNC precision machining. With the help of 51 years of technology precipitation of the parent company, now we have more than 40 sets of 280T-5000T die casting equipments, and have an annual output of 20,000 tons of aluminum alloy high pressure casting capacity. Existing 4510, 4530 and other low pressure casting equipment are more than 20 sets, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy low pressure, gravity casting capacity. The company's main processing equipment is Brother and Puruisi CNC vertical/horizontal with four/five axises machining center, total quantity is more than 700 sets; CNC honing, CNC grinding machine, CNC boring machine and other CNC machining equipment are more than 300 sets; In addition, there are more than 300 precision inspection devices of various functions, including 7 units CMM detectors, 3 units X-ray flaw detectors, 1 fluorescent flaw detection and 3 spectrometers made by ZEISS, HEXAGON and DAISY.
