　　Chongqing Huizheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., along with its predecessor, Three Gorges Machinery, was founded in 1972. After 51 years of steady growth, the company has evolved into a specialized manufacturing enterprise with robust technical capabilities, state-of-the-art equipment, and refined processes, integrating aluminum alloy high-pressure die casting, low-pressure die casting, gravity casting, CNC precision machining, and product research and development.

　　HuiZheng Machinery’s headquarters and production base are located in the Caijia Industrial Park of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, covering an area of over 70,000 square meters. The Beibei plant, situated 6 kilometers away at the Shijialiang exit of the Outer Ring Expressway, occupies more than 6,000 square meters. Meanwhile, the Hechuan plant, 27 kilometers away in the Tianding Automotive Industrial Park of Hechuan District, spans over 60,000 square meters in its first phase and was designated as a key investment‑attraction project by Chongqing Municipality in 2022.

　　The company primarily manufactures aluminum alloy components for new-energy vehicle chassis systems, automotive drive systems (both fuel‑powered and electric), electronic control systems, transmission systems, as well as general‑purpose engine blocks and aluminum alloy products for motorcycles and other applications, with an annual production capacity exceeding 10 million units.

　　The company currently employs over 80 R&D and engineering professionals. Leveraging its parent company’s 51 years of technological expertise, the company offers customers a comprehensive suite of services, including product process design, high-pressure die casting, low-pressure die casting, gravity die casting, CNC precision machining, product inspection, and logistics and transportation.

　　HuiZheng Machinery’s headquarters currently operates eight specialized production workshops, while the Hechuan plant boasts six state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with a total investment of RMB 500 million. The Group as a whole comprises seven precision machining shops and four casting workshops, equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing and inspection machinery—over 1,000 CNC machining centers and numerically controlled machines—and possesses robust capabilities in mold and fixture design and fabrication. A full range of die‑casting equipment, from 280‑ton to 5,000‑ton capacity, is available, complemented by comprehensive ancillary systems for low‑pressure casting, gravity casting, and T6 solution‑aging treatments. The company’s principal machining equipment includes vertical and horizontal machining centers, four‑ and five‑axis machining centers, friction welding machines, CNC honing machines, and CNC lathes. To meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry, HuiZheng has introduced seven coordinate measuring machines from Zeiss and Edwards, three X‑ray flaw detectors, one fluorescent penetrant inspector, three spectrometers, and more than 300 other advanced, high‑precision inspection instruments covering a full spectrum of testing needs.
